Chase Jeffries | Construction Manager

Chase is responsible for total project management including controlling budgets, negotiating subcontracts, and providing day-to-day communication with the project team to ensure jobs remain on schedule and within budget. Chase holds an excellent track record of strong working relationships with owners, architects, and engineers, resulting in long track record successful projects.

With a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from UCLA, Chase has over 20 years’ experience overseeing all phases of multi-million-dollar construction projects, including restaurant, retail, multifamily and higher education for both public and private sector clients. Other highlights of his work include extensive HVAC improvements, site improvements, utility relocations, asbestos abatement, soft story retrofit, and tenant improvement projects of both occupied and unoccupied spaces. Chase also has a broad background in construction contract scenarios, including design-build, guaranteed maximum price (GMP), cost plus fixed fee, and hard bid.
