Rosey Alvarez | Controller

Rosey earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines where she graduated with honors.   Before migrating to the United States, Rosey worked for a telecommunications company in the Philippines where she managed the Credit/Collections and Customer Service/Client Retentions departments.

Prior to joining Taylor Equities in 2017, Rosey refined her expertise in property management and real estate investment over a 13-year tenure at Aspen Management as part of the finance and accounting team.  As Controller for Taylor Equities, Rosey oversees and directs the accounting operations and financial reporting of all property management companies servicing Taylor Equities’ various portfolios.
